My aim at Breakfree Counselling is to give you the opportunity to explore and understand the problems you are experiencing. In a safe, non-judgemental environment you will gain the confidence to start being in control of your life.
Contact me to arrange an assessment session where we will discuss your problems and your aims and expectations of counselling. If you then decide to continue with counselling, we will have regular sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. Some issues can be worked through in only a few sessions, whilst others will take longer.
We will explore the difficulties you are experiencing, what you would like to change and the action you need to take to achieve this.
My practice is based in Laindon in Essex, which is convenient for Basildon, Wickford, Rayleigh, Brentwood, Upminster and Thurrock. Fees are on a sliding scale depending on your circumstances. The counselling room (pictured) is at ground floor level and appointments are available throughout the week and at weekends. I am able to offer a limited number of free sessions to clients under 16 years of age.
I am qualified to counsel couples as well as individuals having completed an AQA unit in couple counselling.
