I am an experienced integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor, fully committed to supporting individuals, couples and organisations to reach their full potential."

This sentence changed my life. Everyone deserves to be happy. These 5 words empowered me and gave me both the strength and courage to chase my dreams and help others. I have benefitted from the support of counsellors for depression, anxiety andbereavement. This support sparked my interest in mental health, and understanding behaviours and why we feel like this.

With my person-centred approach to therapy, I always believe that working with yourself, understanding your needs and becoming self-aware has a greater impact than someone telling you what you need to do. I work purely client orientated and I am there to help you achieve what you want out of therapy.

"I believe that we all have within us, the power to make a positive change, however, this movement can be best-facilitated within a therapeutic relationship. I specialise in a Person-Centred approach to counselling which is at its core, oriented around the power of the relationship between client and counsellor."
